Music and helping hands, both heal hearts in a big way, and Umar has been privileged enough to use both to spread contentment.

Many have been actively involved in helping mankind whether it be by way of helping with finances or donating to the needy, they have always been in the forefront and have made a huge difference by lighting up many lives. The world is full of people who have diligently worked for the welfare of the community, but we have one name whose work is an exception, and he stands apart from others when it comes to social giving or spreading love through his music, he is the 30 year old star Umar Manzoor, who has been connecting to a million hearts not only with his philanthropic work through his charity ‘Al-Fikr’, but also through the medium of music, which is impressive to say the least.
Born in 1991, Umar Manzoor since his early days has been drawn towards music as he felt a strong connection to rhythms and melodies from day one. In present day, he has established himself as a well-known singer, songwriter and composer, whose music spells pure magic. Since the past year he has gained a strong foothold in the world of music with his debut song Bekhud, which released in May 2020, picking up well within a few days of it hitting the music realm. Such was the response for his debut song that he felt motivated enough to produce more from his creative factory which included the soulful and heart touching tracksYa Nabi, Khuda Ki, Madinay Ke Aaqa and Sukoon.
Umar was always inclined towards social giving and after the passing away of his mother in 2017, he thought of doing something on the lines of philanthropy which would help those in need. Consequently, he established Al-Fikr charity in 2018 in memory of his mother who herself believed in social giving, having been involved in charitable work her whole life. Umar has touched many souls with his work and continues to carry forward his initiatives for the betterment of people.
