Measured Results Goes Above and Beyond with Efficient, Money-Saving Tax Planning Strategies

Business owners know how taxing it is to file business taxes, let alone be strategic enough to pay as little tax as possible without breaking any laws. Recognizing the problem, Measured Results is dedicated to helping small business owners make the most out of their tax journey and find more resources to utilize for the growth of their businesses.

Measured Results is a family-owned CPA firm built by Byron McBroom and is currently led by his son Tyler McBroom, best-selling author of Cashflow and Grow. Although it stands as one of the 40,000 CPA firms in the United States, the company remains unique amid competition because it goes beyond what is expected of an accounting entity. It is among the few establishments partnered with world-renowned personal development coach Tony Robbins as the United States firm in the Tony Robbins Global Accounting Advisors alliance. Measured Results focuses on taking proactive measures to help their clients with their tax situations while simultaneously boosting the financial performance of their businesses. “Our service is different from most CPA firms in that we strive to meet with our clients throughout the year so we can understand their needs and work with them to help them achieve their goal,” said the younger McBroom. “Part of that is reviewing past performance, but mostly it’s about looking ahead to the coming months and advising them on the steps they need to take to improve their business,” he added.

Before Tyler became an official partner in Measured Results, the company saw a steady annual revenue of $700,000. But once he and his father joined forces, they envisioned tremendous success for what his father started, beginning with taking a leap toward transforming the company from a lifestyle business to a firm that plays a role in others’ entrepreneurial success. Barely five years after he became a partner in 2016, Tyler scaled the company to hit close to $5 million in annual revenue, growing its four-person team to a venture that provided employment to 42 individuals. Under Tyler’s leadership, Measured Results earned a spot among the Top 20 Accounting Firms to Work For by Accounting Today in 2020. The company was also named by Inuit as a QuickBooks Firm of the Future for Medium-Large firms in 2018. Tyler also received recognition for his contributions to the industry. In 2020, the partner was hired by QuickBooks to represent them in a campaign in their new QuickBooks Payroll program.

“In the next year, the goal is to continue helping as many business owners as possible get through the journey that has been the COVID pandemic. In good times it’s important to monitor your cashflow and minimize your taxes, but when tough times hit, it becomes that much more critical,” shared Tyler. Taxes are crucial for national development, and Measured Results have effectively created strategies that allow business owners to comply with what is legally required without breaking the bank.
