Know yourself

The statistics show that 60% of businesses fail even before starting them, the reason is self-doubt. People doubt themselves and stop pursuing their idea even before testing them. Rahn Da Don believes in SWOT analysis, he believes knowing your strength and weaknesses gives you an edge over other people in your business. He believes observing is an underrated trait, the people who observe their surroundings and rectify a gap tend to be successful. Being innovative and finding solutions to fill that gap will be a step towards a brighter future.

Mindset

We know that execution matters a lot, but not having a proper mindset about things can interrupt your business growth or growth in your life too. Rahn believes that having a clear vision helps to focus on particular aspects which is crucial for achieving goals. Having your circle with the same progressive mindset will help you to grow much faster.

Passion and Belief

Self-belief is a superpower, if you believe you can achieve a goal you are already one step closer to achieve it. Having a passion for the things you work on helps you to continue working or eight even if you face rejections or obstacles in your journey.

Discipline

It is a no-brainer that discipline is a must-have trait, as particularly in business a lot of factors are at stake. Hence being disciplined and sacrificing your temporary wants will benefit you in the long term in your business journey. You should learn how to move on quickly, as carrying the baggage of your failures and past will slow you down in your current situation.

Love learning

Rahn believes that learning never stops, he learns something new every day. And he understands that if you be a student of your craft you can be the best craftsman in that field. Observe your competitors and observe what’s going around in the market, it helps you to strategize and plan your next five moves. Learning about the history of your business is always handy, you never know which historic concept or a case study will be helpful in your next big project.
