2.  Take A Walk

A great way to release some stress is to take a walk around the block.  Breathing in the fresh air will allow you to feel relaxed.  When the sun is shining on your face, you will really enjoy the way it makes you feel.  Look at nature and the wildlife while you are out there and it will surely make you smile.

3.  Texting Or Emailing

6.  Stretching

You might want to try your hand at Yoga.  This is a great way to release stress.  Meditation is good for the soul so be sure to find some great ways to do this also.

Doing any of these simple 6 things above will be sure to make you happier in 10 minutes.  That’s all the time that you’ll need to make sure that your spirits are better and you can handle anything that comes your way.  Keep in mind what works the best for you so that you can really make yourself happier anytime that you might be feeling down.
