In today’s society, the struggle to be physically fit is no longer considered a hobby, but instead a necessity. Being fit has countless health benefits, asides looking good. Over the last few years, people’s general interest in fitness and staying healthy has grown greatly. Maintaining a fit body is crucial to the prevention of certain chronic diseases. Especially in difficult times such as these when we are dealing with a global crisis. The need to stay healthy and fit cannot be overemphasized.

Now, the struggle to achieve your fitness goals can be a very emotional and frustrating process. And most of the time, we end up making excuses as to why we can’t achieve said goals. Most people lack the proper motivation, some can’t even afford to pay the membership fee at the gym, or hire a trainer. Well, this brings us to Naor Yazdan.

Who is Naor Yazdan?

Naor Yazdan is a well-known Israeli model and fitness coach who has been involved in the fitness space for more than 9 years now. You’d be surprised to know that he grew up as a skinny kid, but is now a world-renowned coach, helping others achieve their fitness goals. Naor is also a real estate entrepreneur.

At the age of 18, he went on to serve in the Israeli military. And that was when he started the whole bodybuilding journey, which soon became a regular part of his life. Simply put, Naor’s entry into the world of fitness was driven by his professional requirements.  He later went on to earn the Personal Trainer Certificate from Wingate ports Academy, and started working with tons of people, helping them on their fitness journey. Naor applied special fitness methods to his body, and over time, his body change drastically. He since then developed an immense passion for fitness, and is now seeking to help more and more people around the globe based on the knowledge gathered from personal his experience.

Naor’s fitness role-model is the legendary Arnold Schwarzenegger. However, he found a unique routine that worked best for him, and has been committed to body building since 2011. Today, he is one of the most recognized fitness coaches around the world, and he’s also developed an online platform through which he motivates people and helps them on their fitness journey.

Naor is a contagious trainer, and he has helped thousands of people transform their bodies. His motivation, ambition and body serves as an inspiration to tons of people around the world. And in his quest to help people even more, Naor created his own website.  He created his own website, so he could reach a wider audience, and influence even more people through his lifestyle. Naor Yazdan is extremely passionate about what he does. He is committed to his goals, and is willing to do anything necessary to achieve them.

His online training has helped countless number of people around the world achieve their fitness goals, and he’s still in the business of helping.
