In people’s lives, various experiences shape one’s mindset, whether it be happy and triumphant moments or hard trying times. However, not all can pull themselves out of the slums once they experience a great fall. Seeking help from others is one step forward, and Josias Jean-Pierre dedicated his life to aid those who feel powerless and hopeless.

When people are lost in mixed emotions and feeling hopelessly lost, it may be harder for them to open their eyes and keep looking for a way out. Josias is an author, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker specializing in helping people harness their inner powers through words.

Having been diagnosed with epilepsy at birth, he suffered from a learning disability, which makes his learning curve for processing information more difficult. Despite these medical hindrances, Josias knew he had to push through and harness that inner tenacity and perseverance, not letting his disability define him. The hope he generates fills his well to the point that it overflows to fill others as well.

Using himself as an example and a beacon of hope, he spoke to crowds of hundreds and led workshops on self-development, leadership, and finding one’s purpose. Some of his engagements include having spoken at a Civic Leadership Conference in the state of WA for TRIO, wherein they focused on enhancing an education system that would benefit all students, even the underprivileged. He also shared the spotlight with a renowned American former track and field athlete, John Carlos. When school shootings are afoot, Josias enlightened an estimated 500 youths in the heart of Seattle, Washington.

Besides his speaking engagements, he also authored books that deliver messages of faith, power, hope, and purpose, entitled “The Power of Your Words,” and “What is Your Why Behind the Drive.” Both his creations focus on delivering a positive message both online and offline, inspiring people from all walks of life, from different parts of the world.

As little as it seems for others, these talks and self-help books play a crucial role in saving one’s life from the darkness that succumbs it. During dark days, one must do their best to take all the help they can get to be the better version of themselves. Josias assists these people in believing that they can overcome all the challenges they face, and it is okay to accept help in their downtimes. Fortunately, this generation progressed to form a community that helps bring one another up rather than tearing each other down.

The credibility of Josias is backed by all his engagements. He has touched the lives of more than 2,000 people on more than 100 different events, helping them take control of their lives and go for their dreams with a carefully drawn blueprint for their success. Also, he connected with celebrities such as Dr. Cornel West, Les Brown, Eric Dyson, and Fred Hampton Jr., proving that a nudge in the right direction will be of great help regardless of status.
