Michael Llanas, a former US Army veteran is serving as a Real Estate Broker to provide customers with excellent service. He is the Co-CEO of HomeBuying HomeSelling (HBHS) Realty & Solutions and he provides real estate brokerage services and investments in partnership with his partner, Charles Hernandez.

Born and raised in San Antonio, he has a great understanding of the market and area. Due to his upbringing in the lower-income neighborhoods of San Antonio, Michael Llanas decided to join the US Army just 3 days after completing his high school study. He served in the US Army for a tenure of 12 years and knows the value of integrity and loyalty towards his work.

During his tenure in the US Army, Michael was deployed to the Iraq War with the 1st Cavalry Division and 82nd Airborne as Combat Medic. He did a great job by showing exemplary bravery to save the lives of many of his fellow soldiers. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in San Antonio, Texas and he has received a license from  from TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission).

In the year 2012, Michael joined his partner Charles and became Broker of HBHS Realty and Solutions. He is instilled with elements such as integrity, duty, and respect, that he uses to provide exceptional service to his clients, partners, and staff of 28. According to him, he feels grateful for providing excellent satisfaction to his customers, peers, other investors, and his staff and he performs his job with full passion.

They both are now applying military leadership and tactics to grow the HBHS brand in the real estate world. Michael Llanas and his partner Charles Hernandez do a variety of Real Estate Investing such as Wholesaling, Fix & Flipping, Commercial, building a solid portfolio to include Owner Financing, Rentals, and AirBnBs with their expertise to finance deals with little to no equity in the traditional real estate sector.

They are passionate about sharing their knowledge as they provide weekly podcasts and provide value on their Facebook Group “HomeBuying HomeSelling Association”. They would love for everyone to “Turn Up The Hustle”
