Mimi Bouchard is certainly an inspiration to us all. The young Canadian woman has been able to manifest her success and live the life of her dreams. How? According to Mimi herself, one of the most important steps to achieve her success was transforming her life, starting from creating the best daily routine.

In order to do that, she had to radically change her habits, and work towards real transformation from within. It all started from crafting the perfect morning routine. This is the most critical part of the day because your mood after you wake up might go on to affect the vibe and productivity you will experience throughout the entire day. She usually values waking up earlier, spending some time meditating and staying more grounded. One of the most important, and often overlooked aspects of her morning routine is actually to drink some water as soon as she wakes up. She also drinks some coffee, and spends about 30 to 40 minutes journaling, a great way to let off some steam and maybe even organize her thoughts for the day. In an effort to make her lifestyle and journal even more organized, she actually split the topics in different categories, including relationships, career, personal wishes, money goals, and more.

Journaling is an essential part of the process of manifesting what you want in your life, and Mimi takes it very seriously, working on it and connecting with her wishes and desires.
