Keith A Gray, CEO of Gray & Sons Jewelers, one of the popular jewelry buying and selling companies in Miami, sponsored the 10th National Chopin Piano competition 2020 this year. The Chopin Foundation of the United States arranged the competition and this was its 10th edition. The event was held in Miami from 22nd February to March 1st.

The competition, as the name suggests, is based on selecting the best pianists. But they have an age criteria. The pianist needs to be between the age of 16 years to 25 years. The pianists perform to a full house audience who are regaled by their performances. This time there were in all 26 pianists and they competed to get the coveted award.

The jury and the audience select top 5 pianist out of all who participate. The best pianist, this time, took home a cash prize of $100,000. The pianist will also be representing the US in the World Chopin competition in Warsaw, Poland. The event will be held in October 2020.

Keith A Gray was in the audience with his wife Agnes Gray. They were spell bound by the performances. In his speech Gray mentioned that Gray & Sons Jewelers have always supported the Chopin Foundation. They have been giving them finance to support the young talents so that they can make their dreams come true.

The couple was very pleased to sponsor the event and very happy to witness the best pianists play LIVE. They have continuously sponsored cultural programs, charity events and hope to continue doing so in future too. They have also been promoting new, talented artists which helps in honing their skills, attracting more pianists to the competition and in all everyone strives to achieve excellence.
