His story of entrepreneurship started when he mistakenly got into social media marketing through a failed project. He tried to set up an iphone app when he was just 15 years old.

In order to make the app popular he decided to populate it with users. Thus he took help of Instagram to build a solid fan base.  After creating a solid fan base and he realized that the app was not working out. So he rebranded the app as “Bangerbuddy”. This app followed the college lifestyle brand. And this app needed a large social media audience.

The success of Bangerbuddy wasn’t overnight. Filchukov himself admitted that worked day in and day out to make it happen.

“Lots and lots of work. I find myself working 12-15 hour days very often. You also have to be prepared for failure. I have tried to start so many businesses in the past that I even forget about some of them.

He also revealed the  most important part of his job, that is definitely the freedom. Just because he is  able to work from anywhere, anytime this makes him his own boss. Given his idols are Jeff Bezos and Zuckerberg, he is in the right track.
