It is necessary for the buyer to look for signs to see whether it is a stolen car that they are buying or not.
The buyer has take into account any kind of suspicious behavior of the seller. For instance how closely the seller is letting the buyer look at the car or are they being too pushy to get you to buy the car. The VIN number condition also needs to be considered and they are said to be the fingerprint of each vehicle as they are one-of-a-kind for that particular car. The VIN is in the driver’s side of the dashboard where it meets the windshield, inspect it’s condition whether it is loose, painted, or scratched off and looks as if it is been tampered with.
