Mokhtar Jabli, better known as MJ, found a way to riches and self-fulfillment through the hardship of homelessness, language barriers, and others’ lack of vision. Today, in Southern California, MJ Went from sleeping in his car to owning multimillion dollar Airbnb Companies that provides him a passive income, luxury branding, and partnership with largest online travel websites.

MJ, originally from Morocco, studied finance in Paris before coming to the United States in 2016 to learn English and earn a certification in international finance at the University of California Irvine. After completing the base requirements, he found a paid internship that unfortunately only lasted a year with no full-time prospects. With this surprise of no employment, MJ found himself with no way to pay the rent on his shared apartment, apart from renting out a room using Airbnb.

MJ recalled: “I grew up in an ordinary family [where] nothing had been given to me… My parents always told me that if I wanted to get something I will have to go and work for it, so I set my imagination on how to become rich.” It was this recollection of his parent’s word is that led MJ to turn his financial struggles into a greater determination for financial success.

Since he knew he was ready to hustle and make sacrifices to earn a living, MJ started renting out his own bedroom on Airbnb and slept on the living rooms’ sofa. Soon, he and his roommate were renting out both bedrooms, they were making three times the cost of their rent. He had money, but nowhere to call his own. Just two years after he arrived in the U.S., he started an Airbnb arbitrage business, but was finding blockages from real estate brokers and homeowners who didn’t understand the benefits of this type of buying and selling.

MJ started looking for ways to partner with homeowners in the vacation rentals business. This started working: he found one owner, and replicate the same strategy to find others, and soon he was marketing the arbitrage business and opening a separate Airbnb related companies.

In 2019, MJ/s companies are realizing over $3 million in annual income by managing over 50 properties, he moved from using arbitrage for individual properties to whole apartment complexes and pre-leasing development projects. He has automated his Airbnb business to provide a monthly passive cashflow and through API integration with online travel agencies, such as Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, and Booking.com.

MJ knows about this industry and wants to help others achieve the same level of success, so he has wrote a book called “Airbnb First Million “ where he explains and replicates the model of what he did. MJ will show you how to generate your first Airbnb Million without actually owning real estate, and then how to scale up the model.
