HR Professionals in the United States face a very tough issue of employment, the competition is tough, and with the economy and job market is facing a severe downturn, the jobs for HR professionals are scarce and the competition for a single job is very high.

“According to our stats, HR jobs receive the highest number of job applicants, this is directly relative to the number or unemployed HR professionals and the number of HR jobs available” says an analyst from Ziprecruiter – A US based job site

“Whenever you apply on an HR job, apart from having a bachelors degree one of the most significant requirement is always that you should have a professional HR certification, this kind of demotivates you that your university education in HR was not sufficient to land you a job in HR” says Perry – A recent graduate from the University of Michigan

The biggest problem of getting HR certified is the cost involved which begins from 500 to 1000 USD and then you have to make sure you keep renewing your certification membership. At the same time these HR certifying platforms make it a policy of asking you to take the exam at one of their physical locations.

Solving all of these problems is a New York based online HR certifications platform HRAcademia (https://www.hracademia.com/), HRAcademia offers 3 types of HR Certifications, CHRP, CTDP and SHRP.

CHRP is their most recognized certification and the most sought after, within a span of 4 years they have completely dominated the west coast as nearly 1000 people are certified in the state of California alone, every day since January 2019 more than 10 people get certified and 25 HR professionals from the United States register for their HR certifications. HRAcademia not only provides certifications to HR professionals in the United States but has alumni around the world.

“We currently have certified professionals from 80+ countries and the numbers are growing every week” said a company spokesperson for HRAcademia.

HRAcademia is completely online, this is for the convenience of busy HR professionals, you get the material online, you study it, attempt the exam and get certified, but this is only part of the good news. Because of this logistical advantage HRAcademia offers one of the most pocket friendly HR certifications available in the world from prices ranging from 199 USD to 249 USD, this is very price conscious and a pleasant experience for HR professionals who cannot afford to pay hefty exam fees.

“The other big names in HR certification have a model where they basically charge you each step of the way” fumes Perry, the anger evident from his face “when I signed up on their websites, they gave me a list of fee break downs and were charging each step of the way, its more like a profit model, where initially I thought I was going to pay 400 USD to get certified, I actually realized the amount would be 700 to 800 dollars by the time I would get certified!”

Perry finally opted for CHRP from HRAcademia and had to pay 250 USD in total. He also landed an HR job with a food-based company in Detroit within 2 months of getting certified.

This is one of many stories where HR professionals are getting certified and landing jobs. An analyst from HRAcademia estimates that more than 80% of HR professionals who got certified from their platform landed a job within 3 months of getting certified. In this day and age, it is very important to be HR certified and the companies helping people to get certified will collect their dividends in the very near future. The landscape of HR jobs and HR certifications will also improve with online HR platforms like HRAcademia.
