Roozbeh Aghaie Pour, better known as ‘Bruce’ is one of the leading entrepreneurs in the world of music and entertainment. Successfully running a global talent agency, he has worked with some of the biggest names in the world like Snoop Dogg, Flo Rida 50 Cent, Jason Derulo and others.

Roozbeh’s brother Siavash ‘Sia’ Aghaiepour started the company HEAVY ROTATION BOOKING and after finishing his studies in Business Administration, Roozbeh worked as a General Manager in the firm and helped it grow to massive heights. The company has worked with hip hop artists and bands since the late 90’s and has been instrumental in the global popularity of their clients.

When asked about how the industry has changed since the 2000’s, Roozbeh shares, “The music industry has been constantly growing and i think there is still much more demand than the big established labels can provide. Many new talents are now making their breakthrough via the internet, on Soundcloud, YouTube or Instagram.”

He further adds, “The industry needs to closely follow these trends and in general needs to adjust faster to such new platforms.”

Some other talents that Roozbeh had worked with are Pitbull, Ludacris, Wu-Tang Clan, Busta Rhymes and many others.

Talking about his future plans, Bruce was quoted saying, “HR Booking is constantly growing and expanding. In 2019 we established close ties with agencies in the film and television industry which gives our clients the opportunity to work with new talent. Overall we think by 2022 the entire industry will be back on track and we will be bringing many live events to a city near you.”
