The entertainment industry recently gained a new name to its colorful roster with the addition of upcoming talent Monique Nicole LeClair. With two roles to her name and a third coming, Monique is making great leaps towards her dream of etching her name alongside Hollywood’s greatest. Despite her hectic schedule working on an upcoming sci-fi film, she has been turning heads with her various endeavors, balancing her time with her nursing and modeling career, to name a few.

Originally from St. Augustine Beach, Florida, Monique LeClair moved to Los Angeles in 2014 to pursue a professional career in entertainment. She got her big break in 2018 when she starred in the TV movie, Caught 2, wherein she played the character Agent Reed. After that, Monique would join the Women of Wrestling (WOW) program as Cali Ray, showcasing her athleticism. Currently, the actress is in the middle of production for the upcoming sci-fi film Dark Alien Visions, portraying two characters.

Monique LeClair is no stranger to the camera as she started her career as a young model, joining regional pageants and catalogs at six months old. She would continue to thrive in the modeling space as she grew up, entering other pageants. In 2012, Monique was the 1st runner-up in the bikini tall class at the Europa Show of Champions. In addition, she would find work as a fitness model, taking gigs for various clothing lines and promotional companies in the Los Angeles area.

While she is more known for her modeling and acting career, most people don’t realize Monique is an ethnic chameleon, true renaissance woman, and jack of all trades. Throughout her teenage years, she underwent a journey of self-discovery, art, outdoor adventures, and athletics. Monique would also gain college degrees and life experiences that roughened her edges, allowing her to delve into the entertainment industry with an unwavering determination.

Monique LeClair is a registered nurse working to become a nurse practitioner outside of entertainment. Although reaching celebrity status had always been her endgame, she was also compassionate throughout her upbringing. Her decision to pursue nursing stemmed from when her father, Richard Armand LeClair, passed away when she was eleven. He had been her biggest fan, inspiration, and supporter throughout her early modeling career. The presence of the nurses made him comfortable, instilling a desire to touch the lives of others in the same way.

Although it is already a challenge to balance two jobs, Monique’s drive to pursue acting while being a nurse can be traced to her mother’s support and her late father’s words of encouragement. “He always encouraged me to dream and have the best,” she recalled. “I remember him taking me to theaters, castings, and photoshoots at a very early age.”

Since then, Monique LeClair has hosted TwelveTen360 and appeared in two productions. She has already written and produced her own web series, “To Serve and Protest,” an action-comedy plot that revolves around two female detectives who struggle with separating their personal life from their careers.

Although she has been busy with her entertainment and nursing careers, the actress always writes and spends time with her family. She is a full-time mother to her two-year-old daughter, Nova Lee Jasper LeClair, who will work with her on the film Dark Alien Vision.

Despite the number of endeavors, Monique LeClair is looking to utilize her platforms to positively impact people around her, hoping she can inspire others in the same way she was inspired.
