Faisal Shaksheer is a national kickboxing champion. He is heavily focused on fitness and serves as an inspiration to many people. Recently, we got in touch with him to ask him about how he got started and if he could share any tips for someone who is just getting their foot in the industry.
Faisal started by saying that the first thing he did was decide what he wanted to do. For someone who was bullied and harassed as a child, he wanted to make sure that he was powerful and strong enough to never let that happen again. Eventually, he got into fitness and then started learning kickboxing.
Faisal shares, “You need to know your stuff before you start training. It would be a great help if you sign up for a gym membership and try to work out with some experienced people who can give you some tips. You should also consider doing some research on the Internet where there are many fitness programs that might help you in your journey.”
Once his power became his prime focus, he took up advanced medical and scientific research on food supplements and nutrition, and with it, he was able to construct a regime that helped him maximize his strength and energy.
Then it was all a matter of dedication and discipline. He trained rigorously and started competing in kickboxing tournaments. His passion fueled his desire to win and led him to become a national-level athlete with numerous titles under his belt.
Faisal is not just a fitness monster but also has a very successful corporate career and is the director of sales at Vistajet.
