In the world of sports, it’s not uncommon for athletes to retire as players and take on the role of coach. Usually, athletes retire at a certain age in their respective sport when they can no longer carry the same form that got them to the top. However, Emir Hamzic has proven to be an exception, retiring at just twenty years old to dedicate his efforts to coaching full-time.

Emir Hamzic is a renowned Serbian tennis player whose career has seen him compete on the pro circuit and travel the world playing ITF futures. Even at a young age, Hamzic knew he wanted to push for a professional career. To reach his dream of playing professionally, the young tennis player worked as a part-time coach at seventeen years old to fund his goal.

Today, Hamzic is a recognized name in tennis. He is best known for playing at the collegiate level, getting crowned an All-American, and winning a National Championship at twenty years old. Shortly after winning the national championship, Emir Hamzic surprised the world by discontinuing his career. Instead, he decided to pursue a career coaching tennis full-time.

Following his decision, Emir Hamzic went to Kean University to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. As he prepared, Hamzic emphasized the importance of understanding athletes’ biomechanics, particularly that of tennis players. His academic background allowed him to specialize in specific physiological demands of tennis players. Dedication to the craft sparked Hamzic’s attention to detail and allowed him to develop several personalized programs that yield outstanding results for all his clients.

During that time, Hamzic acquired over 250 plus clients independently. With such a large number of clients, Hamzic decided to make his business official. He created Hamzic All American Training, a brand whose mission is to provide his clients with a service they can trust. At twenty-three, his brand Hamzic All American Training became a six-figure business and the go-to center for eager tennis players looking to bathe themselves in his influence and tennis intelligence.

Emir Hamzic worked along the east coast, where he was recognized as a top coach in the Jersey Shore, expanding his reach to North Jersey and later New York. He gained experience as an academy, travel coach, and director of tennis. Impressive enough as it is, Hamzic also got the opportunity to work alongside the world-renowned tennis coach Nick Bollettieri. Despite the massive success he’s found, Hamzic wanted to widen his circle of influence. He decided to branch out into several states and cities. He expanded his service to Chicago. Today, the twenty-three-year-old coach & entrepreneur continues to enhance his tennis education by working with ATP players, ATP coaches, top trainers, and elite athletes who have progressed to play NCAA and professionally.

Being a self-made professional who came from nothing with no help or resources, Emir Hamzic is determined to reach out to others who show potential and spirit. He hopes to see Hamzic All American Training grow as an operation with a team of coaches and staff that can continue even without him. Hamzic also targets ownership of a tennis club or two in the years to come.
