Lately, the term ‘Botox’ has crashed the internet. Every second person is using this word without even being cognizant of its meaning. If you too are one of them, then this is your sign to learn something about this cosmetic surgery term. While you will find multiple articles on Google, how about we learn from one expert and experienced person? Meet Dr. Malda Aldaoudi, an aesthetic dermatologist who is continually achieving milestones in this branch of medicine and science.

She has been using social media to elucidate people about different cosmetic procedures and, thus, has also talked about Botox. These injections block certain chemical signals from nerves. These signals are mostly the ones that cause muscles to contract.

Now, which areas of your face can be treated with Botox? Answering this, Dr. Malda Aldaoudi asserted, “One can effortlessly get rid of forehead lines, frown lines, crow’s feet, the nose, the lip flip, the neck, the gummy smile, the chin, and masseter. They make the muscles in your face relax and become soft. It can smooth out your wrinkles and restore your youthful appearance.”

Talking about the uses of Botox, Dr. Malda Aldaoudi lists four of them. These are:
1. Gummy Smile: It can be injected between your upper lip and nose to temporarily freeze the muscles that contract when you smile.
2. Face Slimming: Botox injections can be injected into bulky masseter muscles, which will relax them, giving the overall impression of a slimmer jawline and more pronounced cheekbones.
3. Hyperhidrosis: This is a situation where sweating occurs when the temperature isn’t high and you’re not exerting yourself. Botox injections can be used in such cases as well.
4. Migraine: If you are someone who experiences chronic migraine diseases often, Botox injections can help reduce the frequency.

You can reach out to Dr. Malda Aldaoudi via her social media account or visit her at the Eternel Clinic in Dubai. She also acquires major shares in this clinic. She earned her medical degree from Damascus University in 2001 and completed her Master’s degree in Dermatology and Venereology in 2006. Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree at Harvard University.

Dr. Malda Aldaoudi keeps attending seminars and workshops. Following years of successful practice, she received advanced formal training from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine. We hope that she keeps achieving such milestones.
