BurrnationK9s was founded back in 2015 by Alandise Harris. Originally called Burrnationhuskies, the program made a shift in 2016 as they transitioned to focusing on breeding and developing American Bullies and American Pitbull Terriers. The venture started with two dogs purchased from two biggest and best kennels, Darkdynastyk9s and xxldesignerptbulls. The two dogs were named Magneto and Azul Ice. The two Canines were the foundation of the company. In less than a year, Magneto sold over 6 figures in studs. Since the beginning, BurrnationK9s has not purchased additional dogs and has developed from those two alone.
Dogs at BurrnationK9s have some of the purest and most well-known bloodlines in the Pitbull breeding world. Darkdynastyk9s The Hulk, from whom Magneto came from, was a whopping 183 pounds. And Azul Ice’s parent, Azore, was registered at 200 pounds. Some of the company’s most successful breeds include 142-pound Champion Chics Dig It and 2-year-old Mr. Kickin Drip that was registered at 140 pounds, 23 inches in height. In the weight category, BurrnationK9s’ most successful stud has to be Ellis Da Demon Recka who weighed in at 219 pounds.
Founder, Harris, is also best known for being a professional athlete. The 29-year-old six-foot-six shooting guard currently plays professional basketball with Astrum Levice in Slovakia – Extraliga where he has averaged 7.2 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 19.1 minutes played across 11 games. Before getting playing time with Astrum Levice, Harris also played with Zalakeramia ZTE KK and Alba Fehervar.
Harris remains to be one of the key factors to the company’s success. Being a pro athlete, he has brought to the program a level of commitment and drive and competitive spirit that has motivated everyone to bring only the best. The pro has a clear vision of where he wants the company to be for many years to come. BurrnationK9s has serviced and provided studs to many notable personalities. Some of them include Offset, Cardi B, NBA Player Bobby Portis, and NBA Player Coty Clarke to name a few.
