Vespa Elettrica has a power Unit that can deliver continuous power of 3.5 kW and peak power of 4 kW. When combined with a torque of over 200 Nm, the scooter provides performance superior to that of a traditional 50cc scooter, especially in terms of acceleration and uphill power that benefits from the typical quick output of electric motors resulting in an agile and enjoyable ride on urban routes in total silence.

Vespa has always projected itself to be a brand ahead of its times with respect to its market. Vespa Elettrica is a step ahead on the the same way. It is being characterized as an easy to ride scooter that meets the needs of a growing environmental sensitivity. The goal of the company is to provide technological solutions for an increasingly sustainable and livable urban habitat. The scooter is completely silent and thus aims to make cities less chaotic and counter noise pollution.
