The federal government in Canada regulated vaping on May 23, 2018. The government replaced Tobacco act with The Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (TVPA). Since its regulation, the vaping products with nicotine are being sold, labeled, produced and promoted in the country under some conditions.

The British Columbia province has introduced a 10 point plan in the last month. The plan has reduced the quantity of nicotine in vapor pods and avoided the flavors focused on teens.

People can vape in British Columbia but can not support vaping campaigns. The province has also avoided advertising vaping products in public places such as bus shelters and community parks.

Saskatchewan province in Canada has brought some changes in its Tobacco Control Act so that vaping can be regulated under its existing tobacco legislation. The province restricts the sale of vaping products to people below 18 years of age to take care of their health. Dealers and sellers of vaping products can not advertise vaping on public places such as arcades, theatres, and public parks.

These restrictions will be implemented in Saskatchewan province from the next year. Kevs Bave electronic cigarettes are available in each federal province. Vaping is getting popularity among smokers as the best alternative to traditional cigarettes.

Manitoba and Ontario have also brought some restrictions on vaping. Both the provinces have protected teens from vaping products and avoided vaping in indoor places such as schools, buildings, and libraries. Ontario will implement new vaping regulation rules on January 1, 2020.

Quebec province in Canada has made the sale and supply of vape products illegal to anyone under the age of 18. Vapers need a photo ID card to purchase vaping products in the province.

Other Canadian provinces including New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Yukon also have the same restrictions on vaping.
