Society has a fixed plan to march on the road to success. If a person fails to follow that plan, his life is considered doom. The uniform plan of society includes being a straight “A+” student, going to a reputable college, earning a degree, and getting a job before you turn 30. Unfortunately, many genius minds and passionate souls consider themselves a failure if they cannot meet society’s expectations at each age.
For instance, if a person doesn’t find a good job before he turns 30, he is often frowned upon. Due to peer pressure and unhealthy competition, people give up on their dreams and accept something which they do not like.
However, some people like Brandon Narain refuse to follow such an inflexible plan. Instead, they create their own plan to shape their lives. Brandon has proved that success has nothing to do with rich background or degrees from noble institutions. All that it takes to transform your life is your mindset.
Let’s look at Brandon’s story, which teaches a valuable lesson to the younger generation.
Brandon was not born in a wealthy family. In fact, he was raised by his mother and grandmother. His family had financial constraints and couldn’t afford a comfortable lifestyle. Until he was 16, Brandon used to share his room with his grandma. He shared on the Millionaire Mindset Podcast that he lived in a one or two-bedroom apartment for most of his childhood. Brandon didn’t have riches flowing to help him start his own venture, nor did he have fantastic accolades to get started!
In fact, he barely made it in high school, let alone being a winsome student. He secured Cs and Ds and had little interest in his studies. Brandon was raised without a fatherly figure; hence, he had a rebellious nature regarding his studies.
However, things started to change when he realized he needed to help his mother and contribute to expenses as he was still living with her. He was hired as an apprentice barber in a barbershop. But, he needed to learn the skills before working with actual clients. Thus, he cleaned the barbershop and learned how to cut hair. Finally, he started working with clients.
However, Brandon felt he wasn’t making much and didn’t get any other benefits besides his wage. And so he decided to pursue something that generated more income for him. He thought of making a career as a nurse and joined a community college to earn his degree. Apart from college, he also volunteered at a hospital. Brandon had put a lot on his plate simply because he wanted to change his life. He took his classes, volunteered at a hospital, and worked as a barber on weekends.
Considering Brandon’s dedication and sincerity towards patients, the hospital offered a job and he happily took it. Now, Brandon had a better job, and he could’ve stopped hustling. But, there was a hidden entrepreneur inside him that was restless to come out.
The idea of entering the real estate industry crossed his mind. His dad was in the real estate business and was quite successful. Brandon decided to get a license and give a shot to selling houses. But it didn’t work out for him. Once again, Brandon didn’t give up; he remained persistent and opted for real estate investing.
In just a month, Brandon closed his first deal, and since then, he has become unstoppable. To date, Brandon has closed more than 300 deals and earned millions. His average monthly revenue reaches $70,000 to $100,000. Brandon is a successful serial entrepreneur who built a 7-figure real estate business in less than 3 years.
Brandon owns several businesses today, including a mobile app, ‘The Anydeal App’, which is designed to help people to make offers and analyze real estate deals, a CRM software called Mamba, specially curated for people in the real estate business to help them stay organized and keep track of their real estate opportunities.
Moreover, he established Dialversion, a virtual staffing company that provides staff for generating leads and following them up. Brandon has also created the Major Framework, a coaching program that guides people on getting into the real estate wholesaling arena.
Besides making his mark in the real estate industry, Brandon also owns ‘My Market Automation’, his eCommerce partnership program that helps store owners manage and operate their stores to boost sales and generate passive income.
Brandon is completely opposed to the idea of luck. He believes in hard work and never giving up; his tagline, ‘Sponsored by God’ reflects his true views about success. According to Brandon, having faith in God, giving your best, and staying dedicated to your goals are the perfect ingredients for the recipe to achieve your goal.
The young CEO is now on a mission to create a beneficial impact in people’s lives and broaden their learning about the real estate business. It is one of his goals to help 10 people become a millionaire before he dies.
For this purpose, Brandon speaks about his journey and immense knowledge of real estate on public platforms and on his social handles.
Brandon’s story is a beacon of inspiration to never give up and always strive towards bettering your circumstances, financial conditions, and overall quality of life.
