We are living in extremely turbulent times. To put it mildly, social distancing, stock-market thrill rides, and the widespread stoppage of commercial operations have produced an unsettling environment. While some issues may appear to be insurmountable, experience has proven that there is no reason to give up hope. Entrepreneurs are frequently at the top of the list of coming up with solutions to the world’s most pressing issues.

In far too many aspects, technological advancement and facilities provide entrepreneurs with more opportunities than ever before to assist in the fight against our social problems, no matter how intimidating they may appear.

Entrepreneurs, like everyone else, occasionally need a push. You can’t constantly expect them to have a mind full of new concepts and company plans; often they need a mentor, someone to help them navigate this arduous path of entrepreneurship, and most of the time, that mentor is a successful businessman who has seen it all, who has seen success and failures, early mornings and late evenings, and whose experience speaks for itself in helping young entrepreneurs comprehend the path a little better.

Khalifa Al Matrooshi is one such businessman, as well as a motivational speaker who discusses his life experiences to inspire emerging entrepreneurs to become leaders. Entrepreneurs, individuals with ambition, and innovation, who are prepared to assume the risk of beginning and setting up a business to maximize profits, are the ones that create businesses that are inventive and adaptable and can adjust rapidly to changes. Khalifa assists such entrepreneurs in achieving success.

Story Of a Man Who Changed The Face Of Commerce

Khalifa spent his childhood aspiring to be a helicopter pilot for the Ministry of the Interior, and he pushed hard to educate himself and keep up with new developments in the aviation industry. Due to limitations, continuous disappointments, and red tape, this dream did not come true, and his professional career began as a Customs Officer. He suggested innovative ways to enhance security and daily operations because he was always on the lookout for new ideas. Even though he was frequently disregarded, he never gave up or ceased encouraging innovation.

Simultaneously, he began his entrepreneurial path by supporting a few businesses. His first business venture did not go as anticipated, teaching him a crucial lesson about being more hands-on and engaged in the firms he supports. Khalifa had to deal with frequent criticism from his colleagues, rejection, and all of his appeals for help being channeled to ‘just hire someone,’ which went against his tendency of becoming actively involved, recognizing, and solving problems on his own. He didn’t find contentment or a feeling of success at his job, so he took the risk and started his own company.

Trial & Error Method For Lucrative Career

Khalifa has worked in brokerage, company setup consultancy, and waste management in the past, but his first major achievement in aviation was when he joined an overseas company and secured deals for transponder landing systems across the region. As a result of this, he attracted a lot of attention from the industry, which led to his unique ideas being implemented.

Khalifa’s current portfolio includes security and defense contracting and consulting, law firms in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi, a profitable chain of men’s saloons, exotic automobile rentals, and international business setup organizations that direct investors and business to Dubai. With plans for retail and F&B, Khalifahas a bright future ahead of him and has been praised for his creativity, vision, and hard ethic in all of his ventures.

Breaking The Stereotypes About Emirati Businesspeople

Khalifa has learned a great deal over his adventure. He believes that Emirati businessmen are stereotyped and that most people are unaware of the problems and challenges they experience. Khalifa spends a lot of his time encouraging and assisting individuals on their journeys, much as he did when they asked for advice or help. With hands-on expertise in a variety of industries, he places a high value on employee happiness by directly comprehending their concerns and assisting his employees in overcoming any obstacles they may face. Working in the shadows and with the advancement of digital channels, Khalifa spares no effort to share his knowledge to empower both experienced and novice entrepreneurs alike.

True Businessman Paving The Road For Other Entrepreneurs

Khalifa advises all young entrepreneurs aiming to be top entrepreneurs in their fields to put their mind and soul into what they desire and be wary of who affects them. Stop looking or listening to what’s happening around you, he says, and just let things be. There is a plethora of knowledge available online, but he advises individuals to make their own decisions because many people give false advice on the internet to gain recognition.
