“Clean City Provides the Professional Attention My Vacation Rentals Need”

There have been more and more people looking for short-term and long-term vacation rentals beyond the scope of the traditional hotels and motels using convenient services like Airbnb and Vrbo.   This is why I decided to invest in a number of rental properties from condos to cabins to lake homes.  My business quickly grew, and the number of properties I owned vastly multiplied.  It was then that I quickly became overwhelmed trying to efficiently manage them all.  I needed to hire a property management company to provide quick and effective turnovers and maintain a consistent flow of satisfied guests.  An efficient property management company should aim to increase income while reducing costs, increase the property value through improvements and updates, and protect the value of the property through proper maintenance.  In addition, as we are starting to recover from the Covid-19 pandemic, the need for high standards and reliability in property management, especially regarding cleaning services, is a top priority.  This is why I prefer my property managers to work with Clean City.

Clean City, which is based in North Carolina, is an end-to-end cleaning service and a one-stop, holistic solution to property management with an added technology boost.  It has enhanced the hospitality business through innovation and technological coordination.  Through Clean City’s system integration app, they effectively provide services such as overall cleaning, linen requirements, waste collection, consumable management, staffing, and operational management.  It has completely elevated the way my properties are managed.  With over five years of experience and over 50,000 satisfied vacation guests, Clean City has also been looking to expand their reach to other regions like South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and the New England area.

I particularly like Clean City’s 97-point cleaning and inspection model.  They ensure customer satisfaction with their clean guarantee, which includes trash tech garbage removal.  Clean City also offer a linen rental program, which assures my property managers that their rentals will always have quick and high-quality linen replacement.  By storing, stocking, and restocking consumables such as tissues and soaps, Clean City helps cut operational costs.  They also offer customizable consumables, so my property managers can add a unique, personal touch to every vacation rental.  With the increasing amounts of guests and the demand for quick and clean turnovers, the need for speedy communication is also essential. Regarding maintenance, any reported damage, or scheduled check outs, Clean City’s app offers administrative elements that allow managers to boost their operations and address any issues promptly.  Also, many property management companies work with an extensive staff.  Therefore, Clean City’s system integration app allows for more efficient transmission of important information keeping everyone connected.

Some of my properties also allow pets as there has been a notable increase in the number of pet-friendly rentals across the country.  The property managers now must handle the added issues of pet hair and dander.  Clean City uses specialized cleaning supplies to eradicate any lingering pet hair for the next guest.  When choosing the right property management company, it is always a bonus to see that they collaborate with Clean City.
