Since the beginning of 2020, most restaurants around the world have experienced a tough time due to the pandemic, the lockdown policies have brought many issues and have led to the revenue decrease. Even the pandemic slowly starts to lift, restaurants are facing multiple challenges. Some are struggling with the labour shortage, while others are finding it difficult to stock the ingredients and supplies.

At the same time, food delivery platforms have seen explosive growth and are continuing to adapt to consumer demands for food, grocery items and other necessities to arrive at their doorstep. HungryPanda, as the leading Chinese food and grocery platform, has realized the difficult period of restaurants and has kept helping them get back on track.

In the US market, HungryPanda has expanded to more than 30 cities and have the partnership with more than 10,000 restaurants. Since the company launched in the US market in 2020, HungryPanda is committed to connecting a bridge with restaurants and customers, and providing supports for overseas Chinese food industrial development.

In 2020, the US market had a 600% increase of total order, demonstrating the company’s contribution for all restaurants and delivering the positive message during the pandemic.

Not only providing basic service, HungryPanda also offers marketing insights for restaurants to increase their revenue. During the pandemic, HungryPanda and Motto Tea Cafe launched Valentine’s Day activities to attract more customers, making a 400% increase for the business.

Cooperated with restaurant, HungryPanda provided free lunch for local Chinese students and deliver the warmth to fight against the pandemic.

Six Po Hot Pot

HungryPanda helps the restaurants solve the problems of long-distance delivery and provide effective marketing promotion.

Miao Miao Xian

Increased at least 20% revenue after the entry of HungryPanda, including many new customers.

These four restaurants are only examples of how HungryPanda helps restaurants to overcome the difficulty during the pandemic. HungryPanda is also dedicated to build a bridge between customers and restaurants, to improve the overseas Chinese food digitalization and to make a contribution for overseas Chinese communities.
