Nigel Bond (a.k.a. PromoBoi ) is a rapper and record producer from the United States. PromoBoi is without a doubt one of the trendiest music producers in Los Angeles, if not the entire United States, as he has recently collaborated with several notable names like Mila J, PnB Rock, and Tory Lanez musicians in the industry. PromoBoi’s mixtape series “Take Care Forever,” a trilogy of tapes that secured him a record deal with AWAL, is also well-known. His debut single “Braxton” has gone popular in recent weeks, with over 500K plays on Apple Music and SoundCloud combined. PromoBoi founded his record label, Mindset Records, in 2014. He generated his stuff and self-released it outside of the imprint. He’s also managed marketing efforts for Marques Houston and Mila J, among others.

With a new reality programme dubbed “Behind The Pen,” which begins on April 1, 2021, up-and-coming producer “PromoBoi” is seeking to engage his followers and music aficionados inside his path of generating blockbusters.

Nigel Bond, better known as PromoBoi, was born on October 19, 1995, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In the eleventh grade, he dropped out of high school. Promo began making songs in his mother’s living room in 2007. He’d burn the tunes to CDs and hand them out at school. To gain a following, he persuaded classmates that the songs were by well-known singers such as Rihanna, T.I., and Ne-Yo. As a result, the method helped him gain fame.

Shooting music videos for multiple performers yielded him fame As a result, he was able to tour the world and collaborate with mainstream artists, which led to a variety of job prospects. He subsequently moved to Miami, Florida, with Lil Mouse, a Chicago native. PromoBoi eventually met with Teyana Taylor, a recording artist, and Bryant Mckinnie, an NFL star, and formed a relationship with them. In addition to directing and producing music earlier in his career, PromoBoi worked as a radio DJ, where he met Bryshere Gray, better known as Yazz, from “Empire.” Together, they began to pursue music.

PromoBoi signed his first recording contract with Slip N Slide Records in 2010. He now signed to the AWAL label. Promo’s music has a purpose: to inspire young people to be creative and pursue their aspirations. Promo gave to approximately 15 schools in his birthplace, Philadelphia, New York, Ohio, Florida, and elsewhere in 2018. People who have met him compare him to Nipsey Hussle, Jay-Z, and Gary Vee. Promo’s talent is now paying off as he pushes to become better and more successful. PromoBoi has invested in a number of start-up businesses, using his music earnings to fund initiatives like commercial real estate, seafood restaurants, and online businesses.

He and his colleagues relocated to California. PromoBoi has till now produced and co-written 5 Billboard charting records. Sean Garrett, Keith shock (public enemy), Ryan Leslie, and Pink sweatpants have all signed on as collaborators. Promo instils an emotional zeal in production that has never been witnessed before. This is evident in his social media posts from the studio. How he reacts to his own works and how they affect him. Promo has collaborated with singers such as Toni Braxton, Mariah Carey, and Ty Dolla $IGN which is rather amazing for a newcomer. PromoBoi is without a doubt the new kid in town who labels turn to when they need a hit.
