The Esoteric Collection, an artist resource hub, is revolutionizing the way visual artists are selling their artworks by breaking down the traditional practice of having to do a formal exhibit in a gallery to get noticed. In reality, so many thriving and gifted artists are experiencing difficulties in mounting exhibits in well-known art galleries in different parts of the world. Finally, there is a way for artists to connect with many of the world’s passionate and avid art collectors through Esoteric Collection.
Founded by philanthropist and art enthusiast Aaron Von Ossko, the Collection curates a wide range of artworks from various promising artists from different regions. At present, there are over 100 artworks available for purchase, all of which inspire Ossko to continue to support the art community. Seeing artists get the recognition they deserve for creating remarkable artworks is something that deeply affects him, knowing them there are still so many out there who continue to live in abject poverty because they have no way of getting their works noticed by the right people. By bridging the gap between artists and their potential buyers, Ossko is offering them an opportunity to create a better life, one that combines the value of genuine art and entrepreneurship.
“As an art lover and enthusiast, I felt there was a need for someone like me. I am a collector at heart but with my vast network coast to coast I was able to build my brand, grass roots style, and have taken the industry by storm,” Ossko shares.
The Collection currently being curated by the Esoteric Collection was already featured by Art Basel and the L.A. Art Show. As can be expected, the features have successfully created an exciting awareness for the availability of authentic, eclectic art curated by a well-respected art collector and enthusiast.
In 2015, Ossko was able to successfully collaborate with MUSE Publishing, a Los Angeles PR agency, to co-produce editorial content for various media outlets and international and U.S.-based commercial magazines. That single creative collaboration allowed Esoteric Collection and MUSE to dominate top publishing influencers, media, models, and artists in various magazines such as GQ, FHM, Maxim, Sports Illustrated, and Playboy, to mention a few.
In the past few years, the Collection has been successfully introduced in various shows in various parts of Miami and Los Angeles. It’s last show before the pandemic was the Paginae Conscissis Vol. I Exhibition by SEK in Los Angeles last 2019. The previous year, the Esoteric Collection did the Esoteric Collection Hosts Brittney Palmer at Nikki Beach Miami and the Tonia Calderon Exhibition at SOZE Gallery in Los Angeles.
Aaron Von Ossko’s deep love for art started when he was very young, and it served as his outlet from the abusive environment he grew up in due to his father’s undesirable attitude. Ossko would spend hours making sketches to temporarily escape from the troubles happening inside the home. To see something good come out of his difficult experience as a child, he allowed his experience to inspire him to make financial art investments. Ossko also makes an effort to connect with local artists such as Purnell Gray. He is motivated by his innate desire to get to know them better in order to understand their artworks better.
In the next few years, Ossko aspires to work closely with corporate brands to boost his initiatives to help more artists. He also sees himself assisting more artists in the area of career development and sales. As Von Ossko seeks to elevate the services of the Esoteric Collection, there is no doubt that more artists will find their path favorable in the future.
