Canada provides its citizens with better work life balance by giving them 40 hour work weeks and 10 National holidays on yearly basis. The working conditions are better and leave for traditional indigenous practices are of up to 5 unpaid days. Canadian government provides an unemployment insurance fund. There are parental leave benefits for expecting parents and paid leave days.
