Mickey Singh, an industry expert and leader in the marketing analytics landscape, is making waves with his extensive knowledge and commitment to excellence. As a judge for prestigious awards such as the Globee’s Information Technology (IT) Awards and more, Singh has established himself as a trusted authority in the field. With a deep understanding of analytics tools and techniques, he has helped major corporations harness the power of marketing analytics and data science to optimize their strategies and drive sales. Now, Singh is looking to explore new opportunities to further enhance his skills and expertise while taking on leadership roles that allow him to guide and mentor others in the industry.

“I am passionate about embracing breakthroughs in the field of marketing analytics, data science and initiating meaningful change through data-driven strategies,” Singh states. “This is how we in the industry can unlock new opportunities and drive success for businesses in today’s competitive landscape.”

The Globee Awards are highly anticipated in the business world, recognizing excellence in technology, leadership, and customer satisfaction. The Information Technology (IT) Awards, a part of the Globee Awards, hold even greater prestige, honoring individuals and organizations that have made remarkable contributions and achieved significant milestones in the technical field. Winning a Globee IT Award not only signifies industry recognition but also showcases a commitment to excellence and best practices.

“These awards play a crucial role in promoting industry standards, encouraging innovation, and recognizing the efforts of individuals and organizations that drive growth and success,” says Singh. “Their prestige and reputation make them highly sought-after accolades that showcase excellence and inspire others to strive for greatness.”

Perhaps even more desired: to be selected as a judge for the Globee and/or IT Awards. Only the most highly regarded experts in each field are chosen as judges; as such, it only made sense for one of the 2023 judges to be marketing analytics veteran Mickey Singh.

“It was such an honor to be chosen to judge these esteemed awards,” Singh shares. He was selected based on his vast expertise, knowledge, and influence within the industry. His involvement signifies his commitment to recognizing and celebrating outstanding achievements and promoting best practices across various sectors.

Singh is a leader in the marketing analytics landscape with a deep understanding of analytics tools, technologies, and techniques. “This field is complex,” he reveals. “You have to be able to identify and evaluate trends and patterns in data, measure the success of campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.”

In a recent article for Khaleej Times, Singh mentioned major corporations that make use of marketing analytics, led by advancements in AI – Netflix, Marriott, and Harley-Davidson, among others. “Coca-Cola uses artificial intelligence (AI) sentiment analysis to analyze over 120,000 pieces of social content daily to optimize its marketing strategies and drive sales,” he shares. “By looking into customer preferences and interactions on social media, Coca-Cola can tailor content specifically to target potential customers more effectively while driving sales for over 1.9 billion beverages served daily across 500 brands in 200+ countries, and accommodating diverse tastes is vital for its global success.”

Thought leaders in marketing analytics, like Singh, must continuously innovate, keep up with the latest trends and technologies, and develop strategies to get the most out of data. They must be well-versed in analytics tools and techniques, as well as possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Leaders in the marketing analytics landscape must also be able to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and customers.

“Predictive marketing analytics – which utilizes historical data and advanced algorithms to predict future outcomes – has become an essential asset for modern marketers in an increasingly competitive business environment,” he wrote in International Journal of Science and Research (IJSR).

Singh is a skilled data analyst with a strong background in statistical analysis and data modeling with a specific focus on marketing analytics. He brings a unique and creative approach to all of his projects, and is aiming to bring his expertise into the world of mentorship. He specializes in helping companies improve their marketing strategies and increase their revenue.

In addition, he hopes to impart his creative and fresh perspective to others by sharing his skills and knowledge – and help each business he works with to succeed by enjoying a profitable ROI.

In the upcoming years, he also has plans to advance his own skills and expertise in the data and marketing analytics fields while exploring new opportunities to impact businesses and society positively. His goal of taking on an even bigger leadership role is one that will enable him to guide and mentor others in the field.

“Mentoring in tech is rewarding,” Singh says. “I want to help others reach their goals in the tech industry, while also giving back to the community. My goal is to share my experience to help newcomers to the field succeed.”

He adds that being a successful mentor requires a commitment to learning and growing, as well as a commitment to helping others find their own paths in tech. With his strong dedication to his industry, patience and the right attitude, Singh has what it takes to become a successful mentor in tech and make a difference in the lives of those he works with.

For 2023’s Golden Bridge awards, Singh was asked to judge categories such as sales, marketing, customer service, operations awards, and information technology.

“Success is not just about achieving one’s goals but also about the journey of growth and learning that leads to those accomplishments,” Singh shares. “A successful leader is adaptable, resilient, and willing to learn from their failures.”
