Christina J, Certified RTT® Hypnotherapist, heals women of PTSD, anxiety and depression.

Life is uncertain and so are the unnerving ailments that it carries. To overcome these problems in life, some support and guidance are always needed. Whenever we talk about PTSD, depression, or other related problems, the name of Christina J always pops up in mind. She is a highly professional RTT® Hypnotherapist, Certified Energy Healer, Certified Meditation Instructor, Certified Kundalini Meditation Instructor, with 25 years of experience in herbology.

She helps women in winning over PTSD, crippling anxiety, by digging into their subconscious and finding the root cause for the disturbance in their minds and life. Once she finds where the problem is channeling from, she rewires and transforms the beliefs that are leading to this dilemma. She also uses the art of energy healing and the use of herbs to ensure the mind, body, and spirit are in total alignment for optimal healing. She aims to create a positive impact in others’ lives and helps others move through life swiftly without any obstructions. Christina focuses on not just healing the mind, but also body, soul, and spirit to create perpetual peace in life.

The Emergence Of A Healing Brand

Christina, unfortunately, started from the life of drugs, alcoholism, and abuse and it suppressed her beliefs and led to an endless cycle of the same torturous experiences. She spent a decade in therapy and read myriads of self-help books to overcome her traumatic past experiences.

Only after she received Rapid Transformational Therapy, she was able to emerge from the bad experiences and decided to start a journey of helping and healing people through her own story and professional practice.

“I decided that it was my purpose in this life to help as many people as I possibly can with the combination of techniques and gifts that I have been fortunate enough to have learned.” – Christina J

Eliminating Deep-Seated Issues

Christina uses RTT hypnotherapy to find the major cause and then transform and uproot it from life. She also uses energy healing and herbology in session to align body, mind, and soul to positive thoughts.

Her vision is to help everyone get through the difficult phases of life. She combines several award-winning techniques into one and creates a plan that provides the most effective path for recovery.

“After finally overcoming many years of mental illness that had stemmed from multiple traumatic events in my life, I have made it my mission to help as many people as possible do the same. As a licensed Rapid Transformational Therapy hypnotherapist, meditation instructor, energy healer, and herbologist I help people become empowered by truly overcoming symptoms of trauma and limiting beliefs” – Christina J

She provides one on one sessions, and most people are easily able to find solutions while some take upto three. Christina helps people evolve and create a life that makes them happy and leaves behind the unnerving past. To know more visit her website.
