The industry of tech is absolutely based on the premise that you and your company develop innovative solutions to improve the lives of others with techology and what new inventions and software you can share and sell to the masses. Something that is talked about less but is of equal or greater importance is your attitude. Stepan Talabria has ethics, values, and an attitude that will help him win every single time.

Stepan has a successful tech firm automating ad software and utilizing artificial intelligence to optimize the creating and distributing of ads for the best result. He also has a fantastic go-getter attitude that has made and will continue to make him very successful. He says the biggest lesson he’s learned is to turn a Negative into a positive. Try to accumulate experience and learn everything possible in different areas. Force yourself to do what you are most afraid to do. He has done just that, and it has paid off. In university, he started a company where he developed websites. Through trial and error, learning lessons and trying again, a few different iterations of the company has transformed into what it is today. In 2017, he created a Premiumads marketing agency. The goal of his marketing agency is to take his clients’ Small Business to the Next Level. Most of all, Stepan likes to travel. Together with his wife and son, they have been to many countries. Thanks to access to the Internet, Stepan develops his own Internet projects even while he is traveling. He has the right attitude to go out and make what he wants of his life, which is so vital to an entrepreneur.

His advice about failure is something everyone would do well to hear. “You have to fail, and you have to fail often. You have to learn all there is from each failure. It’s that simple.” If you never fail, you’re not trying hard enough to innovate, to do something new, and that is absolutely necessary to be successful and accomplish your goals. He says of lessons and failure; “Try not to live in the past. It doesn’t matter what yesterday was, what the past was like. The main thing is that each new day gives you the opportunity for new successes.” What a winning attitude that we can all learn from.

Something about his attitude to also note, is that his successes are not all about him. He is incredibly grounded and thoughtful, saying: “I don’t think a financial goal is the most important thing in life.  I care more about the success of my clients than mine. I want to give my children more knowledge and pass on as much of my experience as possible. I also want to give to society new discoveries, new knowledge.” When you focus on other people and helping them, it all comes around back to you. It’s really fantastic to see a young entrepreneur with such priorities and positive ethics.

A story Talabira tells is that “Many years ago, I bet with a friend that I could make a mobile app that would get 1 million installs in one month. Yeah, I lost at the time…but the funny thing is that this app got 10 million installs later on and this case has become a main success in my portfolio. This just goes to show that if you don’t succeed the first time, try and try again, which, is exactly what Stepan Talabria does.
