Personal trainer and fitness influencer Amber Smith knows first-hand the dedication that goes into getting results and wants to help other women achieve the goals they’re chasing.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Amber began dancing at the age of three. After many years, she specialised in ballet as a teen and enrolled in the Russian Choreographic Academy. Her rigorous training regiment consisted of seven hours of practice each day, while eating under just 1,000 calories in order to stay slim and maintain the picture perfect ballerina image.

Most nights, she would be starving and exhausted which led her to binge eat and feeling guilty. Amber’s mental health was also suffering, facing bullying from her classmates who were intimidated by her skill and made fun of her red hair.

One day, 17-year-old Amber had a realisation that the dream she was chasing was her mother’s, not hers. She dropped out of school and stopped dancing, deciding to join her local gym.

“The treadmills at the gym became my new hobby and I eventually mustered up the courage to try some weights and became addicted,” Amber said.

“The gym helped me skyrocket my self-confidence, transform my body and improve my mindset.”

The vicious cycle of bad habits she went through were not healthy and Amber wanted to make sure no other women fell into those behaviours.

“I felt so good that I decided to make it my mission to help other young women around the world learn what I did about food and exercise so they too could feel empowered and achieve a lean body with a juicy booty,” Amber said.

“I decided to study personal training and nutrition and have now helped women in 10 countries around the world transform their life through fitness.”

The trainer’s personal fitness brand – Amber Smith Fitness – launched one year ago. It is already helping women in more than 10 countries, such as Australia, United Kingdom, United States of America and Saudi Arabia, achieve results and achieve the booty they desire.

Amber Smith Fitness currently offers two eight week programs for the gym and at home, ranging between $AUD50 and $AUD79, plus booty band two-packs for $AUD30.

The ASF brand’s latest product, the new Mini Band collection, has just launched. The set of three resistance bands is perfect for home and gym training and is now available just in time for Christmas and New Years, offering a combination of aesthetic and quality not yet seen in similar Australian products.

Amber’s fitness tips grew her traction on Instagram, where she currently has over 68,000 followers. Amber’s business profiles on Instagram and YouTube, show people how to continue their fitness journey at the gym and through home lockdowns with at home guides, are each growing audiences daily.

“I understand the difficulty and sense of achievement that comes as part of a fitness journey,” Amber said

“I have a passion for health and fitness and want to help other women feel happy, healthy, sexy and empowered in their own bodies.”
