With so many people in and outside of the country experiencing the tremendous effects of the pandemic—from losing their jobs to being forced to shut down their business and experiencing a massive cashflow crunch—affected individuals are in dire need of help to recover. Master negotiator, consultant, and sales coach Marshall Wilkinson is stepping out of his comfort zone to offer coaching services that will deliver results and boost the confidence of those affected and get them back on track.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 17.75 million Americans did not have a job in June 2020. Back in April when the pandemic was in full swing, the Labor Department reported that the economy let go of more than 20.5 million jobs in that month alone, resulting in an unemployment rate of 14.7%. As a well-known executive, Marshall Wilkinson understands what it is like for people in business and sales employment to lose their livelihood. It is for this reason he is putting himself out there so that entrepreneurs, sales people, contractors, real estate brokers, and other executives can connect with him.

“The onset of COVID-19 was a big motivator for me to help get people back in the game and perform their absolute best, to equip them with the skills necessary to keep their business afloat and put themselves in a position to win. I have a unique skill-set and have had the advantage of being in business at a high level, with experience that few ever get to benefit from,” Marshall explains.

Marshall Wilkinson’s work experience is one that merits admiration as he worked tirelessly to bring companies to the next level with his business acumen, hard work, rare and effective negotiations skills, and keen eye for opportunities. He is Managing Partner at Saxum Capital, a private equity real estate investment company, where he is a sought-after advisor to family offices and ultra high net worth investors. He was also Director and COO of Eldor Contracting Corp. and contributed greatly in growing one of the the greatest electrical contracting companies in the tri-state area. Additionally, Marshall Wilkinson was also Vice President of Nautilus Consulting where he was the youngest VP in the firm’s history. He facilitated over $100 million in construction claims and became a consultant on over $1 billion in construction contracts.

In the oncoming months ahead , Marshall Wilkinson sees himself doing one-on-one coaching sessions with many of the country’s most promising entrepreneurs and salespeople who wish to elevate their performance. He also looks forward to accepting speaking engagements, both big and small, masterminds, and appearances in publications and television. With over 15 years of experience in the area of effective business negotiations in the most difficult construction market on the planet, New York City, Marshall Wilkinson is more than willing to add value to the negotiations and sales skills of his clients to help them get back on their feet as the battle against COVID-19 continues.
