- Courageous Leaders Club: A 3-month accelerator program that allows participants to discover and master self-awareness, empathy, communication, varying perspectives, resilience, strength in vulnerability, and how to enhance their influence with their team. This program equips leaders with the tools they need to successfully lead themselves and others through change. It will include 6 live 90-minute sessions with Joanna, a private Facebook group with live weekly mentoring, workbooks and frameworks to embed the learning and will be limited to 16 leaders at a time to ensure the development of strong relationships between Joanna and the network of leaders.
- The High Performing Team Creator – Based on the EDISC behavioural profiling, this programme profiles each member of the team including the leader. The deep dive analysis and learnings that this provides increases self-awareness, communication and trust.
- 1-2-1 coaching – Different packages are customized for different leaders’ needs in order for them to achieve the success they are looking for.
