It helps customers to use your product and engage with it more efficiently. These courses are designed to help the users to use your product. This is particularly true for complex products where customers need support from the company to get the maximum benefit from the product.

5)Provides value customer feedback:

Your training program helps you know where you can improve customer service. Let’s say one of your videos from training got more views than the other, it shows that your customers are facing an issue in that software feature and it needs improvement. Likewise, if there are very few views on some videos, you can assume that your customers are not aware of that feature or it is easy to use. This way you can get valuable insights into customer feedback.
