Siera has been a weight loss specialist and personal trainer with 10 years’ experience and various impressive certifications. She believes that each individual is different, as well as an exercise routine is different, and therefore requires adjusting your diet to fit your needs specifically. Not just to transform the bodies, but to influence everyone in making more mindful decisions when it comes to their health and lifestyles. You need to always remind yourself that success is a journey. Early on, she formed healthy habits, eating well and working out. Soon she opened her own fitness studio “Nourished Personal Training” that got appraised by companies including Women’s Running, Muscle Fitness Hers and Denver Life Magazine.
As more and more people are realizing they have been eating incorrectly for their health and fitness needs. With the Nourished Personal Training Studio, Siera’s impact in the community has been nothing but positive as more and more individuals have dramatically transformed their sedentary lives into being active and healthy.
