Through his private funding of the OPEAAL-Mnangagwa Scholarship, Ambassador Angel emphasizes his commitment to the educational ideals championed by H.E. President Mnangagwa. This initiative aims to facilitate the academic journeys of Zimbabwean students, helping them to achieve their aspirations.
Since its inception, the scholarship program has proudly surpassed its initial goal, assisting over 10,000 university and college students with their tuition fees. With an ambitious target to extend support to 100,000 students in the upcoming five years, Ambassador Angel’s efforts stand as a beacon of hope and opportunity for the nation’s youth.

As a single parent, it was incredibly challenging for me to afford my education, and their support has significantly alleviated this burden.
