Finding your true passion in life can be very difficult for many. In fact, an estimated 75 percent of college students change their major at least once before graduation. And the only real way to find that passion is by trial and error and perhaps an influence. That can be said for now licensed real estate broker, Kash-Wayne Campbell.
Born in Jamaica, Kash-Wayne moved to Long Island, New York at the age of 5. Kash-Wayne always had the right people around him. He grew in a household characterized by hard work and perseverance. That hard work mentality granted Kash an opportunity to be a club and concert promoter by the age of 16. At the age of 22, he was one of the biggest promoters in the Long Island, New York area. Despite that title, Kash-Wayne came to the realization that he just wasn’t making the money he deserved. It was time for a change.
Seeking advice, Kash-Wayne looked to his now mentor and best friend, Mr. Reese Kenchen. Reese told Kash to look into Real Estate as a possible career. Kash then signed up for some real estate courses and entered down a path he would never regret. Kash told us, “Once I got into the Real Estate courses it was like a dream come true. I discovered knowledge I was never given as a child; it changed my life.”
Now Kash-Wayne has been in the Real Estate business for a couple years, amassing a team with over 150 real estate agents, that combines to surpass 500 real estate transactions yearly. Getting to where Kash is now, wasn’t easy by any means. But that perseverance and hard work landed him in a position to thrive.
