How This Couple’s Shared Passion Turned Into a Full Time Job

Italian influencer couple Domi and Frida met in high school, and they knew it was love at first sight. They quickly bonded over their similar passion for traveling, and wasted little time exploring the world together. After graduating high school, even though Domi began working in pharmacy and Frida became an architect, neither one of them lost an ounce of their passion for traveling and learning about new cultures around the world.

From the very beginning their family and friends both supported their lifestyle, and they wanted to have a way to share their travels with them. Their shared Instagram page was the result, and they began posting content for those close to them to follow along with their journeys.

What started as a page for people close to them quickly grew into something much more than that, and the followers began to pour in by the thousands. People became loyal consumers of Domi and Frida’s beautiful content, being drawn in by the allure of the beautiful scenery and their chemistry as a couple traveling the world together.

While the journey to having a viral Instagram page was slow and filled with a lot of initial failures, the couple has been willing to put in the long hours studying other influencers’ content in hopes of becoming better at photography and videography. Low and behold, the results came and they saw their content improve time and time again.

After growing their account for some time, they realized they’d be able to monetize their content and start collaborating with brands and resorts to bring in a new stream of income and have their trips paid. It took a while for them to get accustomed to doing business this way, but they weren’t going to be deterred. After their first few collaborations, all of the brands they partnered with had positive feedback for the couple and they realized that traveling full time was a real possibility. They both quit their jobs and went all in on their brand, and haven’t looked back since.

They admit that they never got into traveling or making a travel social media page for the money, and instead have always done it because of how passionate they were about traveling and exploring the world. They advise anyone looking to get into something long term to do it out of passion rather than for the money, as doing it for money will almost guarantee that you’ll burn out before ever earning a dollar. Their passion has guided them the whole way, and they look forward to many more years of being able to do what they love full time.
