Matt James Hersh is a business coach and consultant who helps experts design, launch, and sell high value coaching courses. He helps his clients launch 6-figure businesses in a low-touch, high impact way that helps them achieve personal freedom. Matt has been able to help humans reach their greatest point of impact because through a series of trial and error, he has built a business where he is able to reach his.

Currently Matt loves his work and is able to make meaningful impact for his clients. He has created what he calls, “the business of his dreams.” But, this is the opposite of where he was four years ago. Four years ago, Matt had just finished his masters at Dartmouth and was heading off to a prestigious corporate job at a consulting firm. Working there, he learned valuable skills, but was exhausted and frustrated that he wasn’t able to prioritize his physical and mental health, something that has always been important to him. He explains that he knew he needed a change.

Matt asked himself the question, “How can I take what I am best at and create the most impact with it?” He admits that the answer was right in front of him. He realized that the only way to make the impact he wanted was to converge his skillset of strategy consulting with his passion for long-term health and human optimization. From this point of clarity, he built a business where he helps his clients align with their greatest vision and launch their businesses while incorporating energy-optimizing practices including breath work, meditation, and hot-cold immersion.

Matt’s high-ticket coaching program is called Impact Accelerator. Through Impact Accelerator he says, “I help my clients align with their vision of the future, and from there help them create their mission, model, and marketing to create a high-impact business to drive toward their vision.” Matt’s coaching centers around his clients’ visions and guiding them through the steps to create the most impact, while maintaining a freedom-focused lifestyle. We think Matt’s ability to take what he is best at and what he’s passionate about and transform it into a business where he can help others do the same is admirable and inspiring. We wish Matt the best of luck on continuing to help his clients make huge waves of impact!
