Hollywood is the home of the world’s most talented artists working in the film, fashion, and music industry. People from all around the globe come each year with dreams of making it big. Unfortunately, it is extremely competitive and only a very few are able to succeed.
French-Moroccan record producer, composer, songwriter, and artist Reda Haddioui, known as “Redah”, is climbing his way to the top after working in the entertainment capital of the world for a little over three years. He has already produced music for the Golden Globe-winning, Oscar-winning, and Grammy-nominated movie: Spider-Man Into The Spider Verse.
Redah’s success story has nothing to do with luck. He has been working tirelessly to be considered as one of the world’s most promising French-Moroccan record producers.
Redah was born in Casablanca, Morocco, to Moroccan father and French mother. He grew up with two sisters playing music and singing. He admits he didn’t take it seriously until high school. He started posting videos playing guitar and singing covers on social media around age twelve, which earned him many compliments online, as well as from his schoolmates and family circle. Since then, producing his performances in his bedroom trying to match studio quality recordings became his passion, and his first steps into the music production world.
After graduating with honors from Berklee College Of Music in Music Production & Engineering, he headed to Los Angeles eager to produce music at the highest level. He hustled to find work in recording studios, and eventually has been noticed by the multi-platinum producers/songwriters Wally Gagel and Xandy Barry at WAX LTD (Backstreet Boys, Zella Day, Blondfire, Family Of The Year, Miley Cyrus, Best Coast, Redlight King, Rihanna, Britney Spears, Muse, The Rolling Stones and many more). Redah’s hard work has paid off as WAX soon brought him on some of their biggest projects such as producing and composing for the Universal’s world leading production music library; and producing music for the Golden Globe-winning, Oscar-winning, and Grammy-nominated movie: Spider-Man Into The Spider Verse. Redah’s vision in his music production and especially his outstanding vocal production skills as heard in Elliphant’s song “To The End” in the Marvel movie, are what made his role critical on these big projects alongside major record producers such as Wally Gagel and Xandy Barry.
Redah’s career continues to blossom with an already busy schedule coming up including projects such as producing and writing in collaboration with recording artists and songwriters signed to major publishers / labels; and producing / composing dozens of albums for film and TV next year with AUDIO WAX for Universal’s production music library. His determination and work ethic have been and will most likely remain the reason for his success.
