Up-and-coming artist Yoson Tala has seen great success in his short career. From a few independent deals to tours in countries like Sweden, London, and various states across the US, Yoson has accomplished goals that some artists never get the chance to. This success hasn’t come without paying a price, though. Early on in his career, Yoson faced hatred and negative feedback, However, he pushed through the noise and created his own reality and movement called, “Tala Nation.”
One of the most difficult things that Yoson has had to face throughout his time being an independent artist is finding himself great people to surround himself with. During his journey, he has had different management teams that were taking money from his business accounts, as well not following through on deals that they had established. Not only has he had struggles with management teams, but Yoson has lost a lot of close people along the way. Someinclude three out of his seven members who passed away over the course of his career. He admits that it has been hard to deal with at times, but that he still needs to continue on his path to destiny.
Music has been a part of Yoson’s life since high school and has continued to be a cornerstone ever since. He got into music from his influence and big brother Jesus Ramos, otherwise known as Big Zeus of SGP Records. Through Zeus, he learned the basics of music-making and how the business aspect work when trying to make it in the industry. This keen sense of knowledge has helped Yoson get to where he is today. He is forever thankful for the help from his mentor.
