Entrepreneur Tomas Samalionis Shares the Secret Behind his Success Journey in the Business World

Tomas Samalionis has shared important details about his entrepreneurial journey and all vital points that young entrepreneurs should consider while moving on the path of entrepreneurship. Before diving into the entrepreneurial world, Tomas Samalionis used to work in the steel industry like any other normal working person. However, it was his inner voice that convinced him to follow his passion and surprise the world with his magical work.

Born in Lithuania, in the small town of Siauliai, Tomas Samalionis attended Saulius Ragaines high school with his focus on arts. Being a sporty personality, he attended Siauliai university to study art and design and developed his interest in learning photography. After shifting to the US, he entered the steel industry and worked in many different positions. But he decided to quit his job in order to pursue his passion for being an entrepreneur and started his own company in collaboration with other businesses.

Over the last few years, Tomas Samalionis has been following his passion for music and trying his hand in music production and DJ work. In the year 2014, he came up with his first EP titled “Magically” on Italian Label Boiler Underground Records. Tomas Samalionis has been gaining popularity on his Instagram account, @samaslife. In addition to sharing the ins and outs of his entrepreneurial journey, Tomas Samalionis has also highlighted the challenges of being a young entrepreneur. Read the questions below that he answered while interacting with us in an interview.

Q: Hi Tomas! Thank you for joining us by taking out your valuable time to share your wisdom and story. How did you decide to jump into the entrepreneurial world?

Thank you for inviting me. I decided to dive into the entrepreneurial world to pursue my passion. It did take a lot of courage and visionary approach to walk on this path.

Q: What according to you are the most important elements that a person requires to succeed as an entrepreneur?

I think, to overcome the challenges while pursuing your dream, one must have a positive mindset and it is really important to have a strong self-belief.

Q: How difficult is it for youngsters to become entrepreneurs? 

See, youngsters have more challenges to face in comparison to experienced working people. Youngsters don’t have financial stability, risk-taking ability, and the experience required to succeed in the entrepreneurial world.

Q: What is your mantra to manage your work in touch market situations?

I organize my work by prioritizing my daily tasks and it helps me save enough time to do some extra work in a comfortable fashion.
