Sanborn Boulevard – The Planning Commission of the city has approved the application of a woman named Linda Christensen for operating a multi-faceted cat boarding shelter. The woman also got the permit to open a clinic facility called The Cat’s Meow.

The Planning Commission has issued the permit with some conditions that Linda needs to follow. There are many cats in the city that are waiting for the adoption and rescue shelter home. Linda’s cat boarding shelter would provide those cats a foster place to live.

After getting the permit from the commission, Linda said that they rescue the cat from pounds and provide them a better place to live. There are no local families to foster cats. Linda does not currently have a well maintained foster home for cats. She has contacted a lady who has a heated garage where Linda is planning to make a shelter for cats until they get adopted. She is also looking to purchase the Liberty Tax building where she would make cat awaiting adoption shelter or an animal rescue center.

Linda will provide her service only to needy cats but she will remain alert about people who could drop their cats around her area. She wants to run her services privately and secretly.

Linda has hired some volunteers who will take care of cats before their adoption. She will ensure that cats have food, water, spray to get rid of pet dander and a clean place. Cats can live in the shelter for one week to two months. Linda faced issues with the residential people for cat operation in the area.

City Planner, Neil Putnam put forward many questions on behalf of the nearby residents to the commission members. The commission has ordered Linda to deal with neighboring residents herself.
