Philip Saffron is a Los Angeles native that strives in the world of entertainment and fashion. Saffron founded his business, Possible Angels, which is a modeling agency that helps upcoming models grasp their surroundings and grow in their careers. As a child, he was surrounded by the entertainment industry as his father married a Charlie’s Angel and his colleagues were all heavily invested in all things entertainment. At the beginning of the “CoVid Era,” Saffron had the idea that because entertainers and musicians became hard to monetize, that he would begin managing young and upcoming models to help them exceed in their career. We had the opportunity to sit down with Saffron recently, the interview went as follows!

Interviewer: Tell us about your background getting to where you are today:

Saffron: I was born and raised in Beverly Hills. All my friends’ dads were in the entertainment business. My Dad married a Charlie’s Angels girl, hence the modeling agency name Possible Angels. I’m all about famous families and entertainment. I have brokered deals with them. At 18, I made a clothing line that even Justin Bieber and the Kardashians wore and was able to take it into big box retailers.

Interviewer: When did you start agency:

Saffron:  During the beginning of the pandemic, rappers couldn’t be promoted or managed as it was difficult to get them booked for shows or paid promotions, so I started managing models. Luckily, I owned a massive network of female model themed Instagram pages that allowed me to connect with them and grow my client base.

Interviewer: How did you get into modeling agency:

Saffron:  I had over 10M followers on meme and babe pages. Girls would buy ads from me and eventually I asked for a percentage which led to me starting an agency and actually managing girls and doing their ads full time.

Interviewer: What is the most challenging thing you have overcome in your life:

Saffron:  Unfortunately, a lot of the ideas that I have had have been stolen from me and been monetized by others.

Interviewer: How many models do you currently have signed:

Saffron: 75

Interviewer: Who inspires you the most:

Saffron:  My dad because he created a fashion line and was able to get into retail stores.

Interviewer: What is your greatest achievement as a modeling agency owner:

Saffron: Making millions of dollars the first year I got into this, and doing it all by myself, single handedly. I handled all the messaging, promotions, DMs, and so forth.

Interviewer:What does a day in your shoes look like:

Saffron:  I’m on my phone for about 6 hours a day finding good talent, and good content to create. I also spend time creating content with models, studying stocks, and the internet/new trends.

Interviewer:Who is one person you wish you could manage:

Saffron: Paris Hilton because she was my fathers, business partner’s daughter.

Interviewer: What do you want to get into next with your agency:

Saffron:  TV and movies.
