The story of Mitch Tummel proves that opportunity can indeed knock on doors unexpectedly. As he shared, he was “just a kid who liked to have fun and race his dirt bike.” But his life took a full turn when he was hired to do a photo shoot by one of his motocross sponsors. That opportunity paved the way for a career in an industry he never expected himself to be in.
Modeling was not his first choice. But being one for adventure, Mitch Tummel gave the profession a shot at 16 years old, seeing how various modeling agencies reached out to him for offers. He realized that he must have possessed the potential to grow and scale his name in the industry if agencies were handing him such opportunities. Mitch took the leap of faith and signed with his first modeling agency. The rest was history.
“I started traveling and shooting,” said Mitch Tummel. Modeling was a very different experience for him. It exposed him to a new world and allowed him to experience life with a fresh perspective. He saw how his talent could bring him to places and meet people, leading him to reinvent himself for the better.
Mitch Tummel has come a long way from being the ordinary kid on his dirt bike. Today, he has worked with some of the biggest brands, coveted photographers, and models in the industry. The model has graced the pages of various magazines and walked some of the world’s biggest runways. Mitch captures audiences with his ability to characterize the brand he is working with, exuding confidence and passion in front of the lens.
“Working on fashion projects is such a cool thing to do,” shared Mitch Tummel. Although he sometimes finds it difficult to set up for the shoot or coordinate outfits, the model does not back down from any challenge. Instead of getting intimidated by the things he doesn’t know or find difficult, Mitch finds it exciting to learn and continue to grow. Mitch continually adapts to new projects and performs with immense dedication to everything.
Besides modeling, Mitch Tummel also aspires to become an actor. He is currently planning on moving from Miami to LA in a couple of months to take acting development classes, meet new people, and explore new opportunities. Currently living with two friends, both influencers with large followers, Mitch is constantly excited about trying new things. His enthusiasm for discovering multiple ventures allows him to broaden his horizons even further.
Today, Mitch Tummel is working on a photo set book that will feature cool fashion images. The model also plans on including the narrative behind each picture to take the audience with him as he uncovers one story after another. Mitch intends to launch the photo book early next year, and it will surely captivate viewers worldwide.
Additionally, Mitch Tummel also hosts his own podcast to inspire other aspiring models who want to enter the fashion industry as well. The model seeks to amplify that anything is possible for anyone who has a dream. Across his platforms, he stresses the importance of doing things one loves to do and continually enjoy and meet people along the process. “I am always trying to be the best at everything I put my mind to,” said Mitch. “If it’s modeling or working on content and my podcast, I always want to be the best and am always looking for new ventures!”
