Kelton Baker on Mastering the Real Estate Market

The real estate market has turned many people into millionaires. However, aspiring realty investors will find that winning the property game isn’t always as easy as pie. But if there’s anyone who has mastered the property market, it’s real estate business owner and founder of successful lead generation coach Kelton Baker.

Kelton runs Full Swing Digital, a lead generation agency that helps real estate professionals and investors create tested and proven campaigns that guarantee up to fifteen leads a week. The agency helps realty businesses and individuals gain qualified hot leads from Facebook campaigns. Kelton Baker provides a one-mile radius exclusivity to their clients, ensuring that they get the best results possible.

At the core of Kelton’s business is a deep desire to help people experience tremendous success and freedom. “What motivates me to do what I do is to help people create sustainable wealth and change people’s lives for the better,” shares the real estate expert. “But ultimately, I hope to make people believe in themselves.”

Kelton believes in the power of investing in oneself. He teaches professionals in the property industry and beyond the importance of hard work and mindsets necessary to better themselves. In retrospect, Kelton Baker has his parents to thank for this outlook toward work and life. Born to a humble family with five boys, Kelton learned how to pursue personal growth early on. His parents taught him and his four siblings how to develop an abundance mindset. While not all his brothers would pursue that route, Kelton built the determination to make something out of his life.

The real estate professional started with Robert Kiyosaki’s Cashflow 101 game, which he picked up when he was eleven years old. He would then get into Bigger Pockets and learn everything about real estate when he was only thirteen years old. At the age of seventeen, Kelton Baker picked up a job as a plumbing apprentice to build up capital to start investing in property, working even on afternoons and weekends to build his liquidity.

At nineteen years old, Kelton picked up his first property. He ended up with a fixer-upper instead of needing a co-signer. Kelton would later marry his girlfriend, Rea, four months after, and they would end up building their business together. As his property’s value shot up, Kelton decided to cash in on his investment and pick up another property. He would continue his pattern until he had enough to get into business full-time.

Today, Kelton Baker helps other real estate investors and property managers generate legitimate leads for property. His years of experience in real estate sales and online ads management has put him on top of the lead generation game. He’s helping his clients gain thousands of prospects, dozens of monthly leads, and “the sky’s the limit” results. Kelton puts a premium on teaching the necessary skills to nurture leads and turning them into paying customers.

Kelton Baker’s ultimate desire is to see more and more realtors to succeed and maximize their wealth. He knows what it takes to create automation and systems that help real estate agents sustainably grow their businesses. Kelton also hopes to teach more and more people how to build the right mindsets and build a happy life.
