Coronavirus has spread like wildfire throughout the world. The virus originated in Wuhan, China, and since then has affected many countries. Italy and the U.S are the countries that suffered most from the pandemic.
Until a cure has been found for the virus, it will continue to spread. The only reasonable way to curb the spread of the virus is to follow social distancing. That’s why most of the governments have issued orders of lockdown. Travel has been banned, and people aren’t allowed to move between places. Amidst this, Megan Riff, a popular travel blogger, has shared her views on how this industry will look like once the Coronavirus pandemic is over. Having a following of over 11k on Instagram, Megan is one of the popular travel celebs that people look up to, when planning for their travel.
So even though currently, the condition of the travel industry looks dire, Megan shares that it is for the common good. However, according to her, once the movement bans are lifted, then there will be a growth in the industry.
Riff further shared that after the pandemic, people would have to factor in health issues before traveling. She advises against traveling to hot spots of the virus.
Travel Industry has been idle for a couple of months, so when things will get back to normal, there will be incredible deals to book. According to Megan, if travelers are brave enough to travel right after the lockdown is lifted, they might get some affordable deals.
But, she also predicted that if one waits too long, the tickets will be sold out and the hotel rooms will be expensive.
