As Regional VP of Sales, Mike Petruccelli will oversee the overall growth and execution of Northpointe Bank’s sales initiative, which includes business development and revenue planning by setting, achieving and exceeding all sales goals, influencing and driving growth to ensure short- and long-term revenue expansion in the Northeast Region. Before joining Northpointe Bank, Petruccelli served as the executive President and Co-Founder of Maverick Funding Corp, where he actively contributed to the company’s development strategy and built the company’s reputation for being the leading company within the industry.
With this stellar reputation for excellence, Petruccelli was vital in Maverick Funding Corp.’s increased growth and revenue. In 2015, the company was sold to Home Point Financial, where Mr. Petruccelli served as Managing Director of Retail Sales. Throughout his tenure, he successfully implemented innovative sales programs to bolster the company’s overall business strategies.
Serving as the bank’s Regional Vice President alongside his peer is Ralph Vitiello, former CEO and Co-Founder of Maverick Funding Corp. With degrees in Business Administration from Morris College and Finance at Fairleigh Dickinson University and over three decades of experience in the financial industry, Mr. Vitiello is one of the most respected executives in the industry and was awarded the Businessman of the Year by the Italian American Federation in 2005. He was also a former member of Secretary Preston’s advisory board and spearheaded the recovery efforts after the mortgage crisis of 2007 and 2008.
As Regional VP of Northpointe Bank’s Northeast Region, he will be responsible for driving consistent sales growth throughout the N.E region and leveraging initiatives to surpass sales goals while generating long-term and short-term revenue expansion to serve the bank’s customers better.
