Expert Shares the Sexual, Physical, and Mental Benefits of Exercise for Men

Lose the gut, gain an inch! Yes fellas, you heard me right! Lose abdominal visceral fat, aka “beer belly” and gain an inch back in your pole. So, losing weight doesn’t exactly make your penis grow, but getting rid of that gut and flattening that tummy of yours will make things more visible, better looking and not covered in hairy, flabby, sweaty, fat!

Sexual

Men can get “Bigger” in the downstairs department by shedding excess belly fat. This fat is often responsible for hindering the vascular system, which affects the blood flow to the penis, causing erectile dysfunction. For every thirty to fifty pounds of weight you gain, your penis loses an inch of visibility. When men suffer from a penis buried in fat, their confidence is knocked out. This can lead to depression, anxiety, and stress. Being overweight also reduces stamina because all that fat slows you down, even if you aren’t technically unfit. A man’s cardio-vascular output weakens, and their performance in the bedroom might not be the worth bragging about for a while.

Too much belly fat creates sweaty folds of flesh which buries the penis to make it appear smaller, and this becomes a hotbed for growth of bacteria. This could lead to various issues below the belt, such as thrush, crotch rot, and tinea cruris. These might not sound frightening enough until you look them up online. However, for the sake of your mental health, we strictly advise against doing so. Excess fat and flesh surrounding the penis numb sensitivity and lower the pleasure from intimacy.

Instead of popping Viagra like Tic Tacs, grow bigger downstairs the natural way through exercise. Work off that body fat and reveal those hidden inches that will skyrocket your self-esteem, and your partner won’t stop screaming your name. Micah Morgan, owner of MMFitness in Florida, and creator of DVD and eBook collection Strength of Seduction says, “Increased physical fitness and enhanced outward appearance heightens the attraction between partners and spices up the love life. This new form of intimacy takes relationships to new heights, and exercise is the perfect medium to bridge the gap between fitness and seduction.

Strength of Seduction (S.O.S) is a proactive, intimate improvement of a couple’s physical and emotional health. It emphasizes the fact that both your body and mind feel good to provide you with a uniquely powerful intimate experience.” Exercise will secure your reputation in the dating world, and you’ll also gain the biggest ego from the most satisfied body and mind.

Physical

Men want to look physically attractive. They know that bigger muscles are a massive turn-on for many and who doesn’t want to look like Chris Hemsworth? They enjoy the attention they get from both women and men. Gyms across the country benefit the most in January because after all the New Year’s fireworks and kisses are over, men across America make resolutions to build the body of their dreams. Having a gym membership is like taking a photo of a celebrity’s haircut to the barber.

You will get the results you want after you put in all the hard work and time. The barber is your personal trainer, and they will guide you every step of the way so you can achieve those goals. The fitter you are, the more attractive you feel about yourself and that confidence will significantly spice up your love life.

Mental

Exercise increases self-confidence and emotional happiness. You will also smile and laugh more because you will have increased positivity from the endorphins produced in your brain. These are happy hormones that give an extra boost where life becomes more colorful and fuller of love. Other people will also feel attracted by all the positive energy that is radiating from you. This will further motivate you to stick to your journey and keep working out until all your dreams turn into the most epic reality.
